We are Victoria Venezuela Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit started in 2022 by Randy and Helen, two Venezuelans living in Florida. Working with local churches, we bring nutrition, medical care and education to more than 1,000 children in Venezuela.
Growth
We began with a simple answer to a calling. Four years later, we serve children across two regions of Venezuela, each one known by name, each one cared for.
Randy and Helen founded the foundation in July. Our first two centers opened in Los Valles del Tuy and Ciudad Bolívar.
We grew to 16 nutrition centers in Los Valles del Tuy, serving more than 600 children every week.
The Sponsor a Child program launched, connecting donors with children directly.
We launched our annual golf tournament, our main sponsorship event of the year.
In response to the June earthquakes, we operated two temporary support centers in Caracas and La Guaira. Today we serve more than 1,000 children.
Purpose
We are a non-profit foundation dedicated to paving the way for the most vulnerable children in Venezuela through its nutrition, medical care and education programs.
Design support networks throughout Venezuela through food, medical care and education programs while teaching children to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
Pave the way for vulnerable children throughout Venezuela by training them with biblical principles so that they can be light in the world.
Origins
Randy and Helen were born in Venezuela, raised in its communities, and carried those roots with them when they moved to Florida to raise their own family. When the crisis deepened in their homeland, they felt something stir. They could not look away from the children suffering. In July 2022, they answered that call and founded Victoria Venezuela Foundation.

We partner with local churches to deliver integrated programs that address the whole child. Our work is rooted in faith, built on community trust, and designed for lasting impact.
Every program teaches children about Jesus Christ and their place in God's purpose.
Each center is run by people from its own community, who know the families and their needs.
We know each child by name. Nutrition, medical care and education work together for every one of them.
Locations
We work in two regions of Venezuela, partnering with local churches to reach children in their own communities.
Our first center opened here in 2022, serving children through Iglesia Centro Cristiano Luz a las Naciones.
Our second center opened here in 2022, working with Iglesia de Cristo Ebenezer to reach more vulnerable children.
