Luis Arias

Luis Arias is a Venezuelan social communicator and audiovisual producer with extensive experience in operational direction, field production, and the coordination of national and international satellite broadcasts. He holds a degree in Social Communication with a concentration in Audiovisual Media from Universidad Santa María, as well as advanced master’s-level training in Executive Production for Film and Television.

Luis began his media career through hands-on experience in radio and broadcast television. Motivated by the industry’s rigorous technical and operational standards, he pursued formal academic training and later joined major international networks. His professional experience includes managing technical production and logistics for ESPN Latin America’s continental baseball broadcasts, as well as supporting operational deployment and executive production for multimedia content at FOX.

In Venezuela, Luis has continued to develop his expertise in live television and currently leads the executive production of two nationally broadcast programs: Despertar on Televisora Venezolana Social (TVes) and La Jornada on Venezolana de Televisión (VTV).

A profound personal and spiritual transformation a decade ago redirected Luis’s professional calling toward communications with a ministerial purpose. Since then, he has used his technical expertise, media relationships, and production experience to develop platforms that expand the reach of the Gospel through regional, national, and international television.

Following the pandemic, his ministry-focused communications work has grown significantly. Luis now serves as a communications liaison and representative for a network of more than 35,000 churches, coordinating opportunities for pastors and spiritual leaders to share their messages through national and regional media. He also develops strategic partnerships with leading Venezuelan media organizations and provides technical and communications support to international ministries, helping bring the Gospel into influential institutional and media spaces.
