Helen Bello

Helen Bello is Co-Founder of The Victoria Venezuela Foundation. A Venezuelan native, Helen has resided in the United States for 28 years and has never lost contact with her Venezuelan roots. She has served on multiple boards of directors throughout the years, including the Association of Latino Professionals For America (ALPFA) and Seattle Credit Union. She currently works at Microsoft as a Field Marketing Manager, where she is responsible for building customer insight-driven marketing strategies and campaigns for a set of strategic accounts. Before Microsoft, she spent eight years at The Boeing Company.

She served in a variety of customer relationship, procurement, and marketing roles. Helen has experience with large accounts, providing marketing engagement with customer account executives across North and Latin America. She led cross-functional teams focused on business development, strategy integration, sales and marketing analytics, and post-sales technology integration. Helen holds both a bachelor’s degree and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Washington.
