Founder and CEO of Ugueto AI Marketing with 25 years in media and marketing; leads the design of the Foundation's agentic systems.
Elimar Ugueto is the Founder and CEO of Ugueto AI Marketing, with more than 25 years of experience spanning media, corporate communications, and marketing. Her career began in television in Venezuela and later expanded to U.S. Hispanic media, including Univision and ESPN Deportes, as well as project work for global brands such as Amazon, Google, Johnson & Johnson, Oreo, FIFA and Coca-Cola, among others.
Elimar joined Victoria Venezuela Foundation as a Marketing Advisor, initially supporting the organization’s marketing and production efforts. As her professional focus evolved from traditional digital marketing toward the practical implementation of AI and agentic systems, her role at VVF evolved as well. Today, she leads the design and development of the Foundation’s agentic systems, working directly with team members and subject-matter experts to understand their workflows. She translates operational needs into practical AI-powered solutions across marketing, research, events, fundraising, and internal operations.
Born in Venezuela and bilingual in English and Spanish, Elimar brings a personal connection to VVF’s mission. She holds a certification in CS50: Computer Science for Business from Harvard University. Guided by her Christian faith, she believes technology is a form of stewardship — and every system she builds has one purpose: freeing the team’s time and attention so it can go where it matters most, serving the children God has entrusted to this Foundation.
