Randy Lander is the Founder and Chairman of Victoria Venezuela Foundation (VVF), a faith-based nonprofit committed to transforming the lives of vulnerable children and families throughout Venezuela. Guided by his faith in Jesus Christ and a deep commitment to servant leadership, Randy leads a network of more than 100 volunteers delivering education, nutrition, healthcare, and family-support programs to more than 700 children.
A native of Caracas, Venezuela, Randy founded VVF from a personal desire to serve his home country and create lasting opportunities for its most vulnerable communities. Under his leadership, the Foundation has expanded its programs, strengthened its local partnerships, and established a sustainable model of care centered on dignity, hope, and the love of Christ.
Randy is also the Founder and President of Luminis Global Partners, a U.S.-based global holding company with operations across Latin America, including Venezuela. Previously, he built a distinguished 20-year career at The Boeing Company, where he held senior leadership roles across the Americas, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. During his tenure, he led multinational teams, managed global portfolios, and directed more than $30 billion in commercial aircraft and services campaigns. His international experience included assignments in Japan and South Korea and advisory work with airline boards, government stakeholders, customers, and strategic partners.
Throughout his career, Randy has remained deeply committed to community service. He has held leadership and board positions supporting children, education, and community-development initiatives, including Special Olympics Washington, the Society of Manufacturing Engineers, and the Boeing Employees Community Fund in Japan.
Randy holds degrees in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering and a Master of Business Administration. He and his wife, Helen, have two children and share a passion for faith, service, travel, and creating a lasting legacy of hope for the people of Venezuela.
