Dorceia J. McCullough-Watkins, PhD is a development strategist, grant professional, writer, educator, and entrepreneur committed to helping those who help others. As the Founder and Principal Consultant of Inspirational Editions (IE), she helps nonprofits, faith-based organizations, and small businesses strengthen their capacity, communicate their vision, secure funding, and achieve measurable organizational impact.

With close to a decade of experience in grant development, proposal writing, contracts, organizational development, and strategic communications, Dorceia has supported organizations pursuing millions of dollars in public and private funding. Her experience spans nonprofit services, workforce development, transportation, social services, faith-based initiatives, community development, and small-business growth. She brings a unique combination of writing expertise, organizational leadership, grant strategy, and program-development knowledge to every engagement.

Dr. McCullough-Watkins holds a PhD in Christian Education and an MBA in Organizational Leadership, along with a bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies and Worship Ministry. She continuously strives to reflect her belief that effective leadership requires both strategic excellence and a commitment to purpose.
